Microsoft-Yahoo Search Ad Deal

Microsoft and Yahoo is on the final stage to search Ad deal and could be announced on next week. Microsoft-Yahoo search deal “imminent” now. A recent comScore (SCOR) report for June showed Google with a 65 percent share, Yahoo at 19.5 percent and Microsoft at just 8.4 percent. And MSFT is trying hard to increase their search share. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and Yahoo CEO Carol Bartz is deeply involved with the talks. Last year Yahoo rejected Microsoft’s $47.5 billion takeover bid, but Microsoft needs Yahoo at any cost so talks are started again this year on May and now its in final stage.
